Bio
Kloe is a master’s student in human-environment systems at Boise State University, where she studies targeted sheep grazing designed to reduce invasive grass in sagebrush rangelands. Kloe earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science and management from Cal Poly Humboldt in 2022 and worked with the Bureau of Land Management before beginning her graduate studies. After graduation, Kloe intends to continue working with agriculture and land management. She hopes to engage in work that emphasizes community-driven, localized approaches to sustainability issues related to climate change and agriculture. When Kloe is not in the field, she enjoys gardening, trailside botany and a good espresso!
